INN
The owners and staff of Knollwood House want your stay
to be completely satisfactory and memorable. Our beautiful 1927
English Manor style home is designed with your utmost comfort in
mind. Please take the time to review our policies, and if you have
any questions or concerns, please e-mail or call us at (910)

- All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice except for
reservations secured by a deposit.
- " There is a minimum stay of two (2) nights on weekends
and holidays, otherwise a $25 surcharge will apply.
- " There is an additional charge of $35 per person per
night for more than two (2) guests in each room.
- Check-in is between 4:00 - 6:00 pm (other times by prior
arrangement).
- Check-out is 11:00 am.
- " One (1) night's deposit is required with reservation.
A Visa or MasterCard credit card is required and will be held
until the check-in date.
- Due to our intimate size, cancellations have a significant
impact on our Inn. We require two weeks notice of cancellation
to insure return of deposit minus a $25 processing fee. If you
must cancel later, we will refund your deposit only if we are
able to re-book your room or suite. Otherwise we will be happy
to issue a gift certificate for a future stay.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Children over the age of fourteen (14) are welcome at our
Inn.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet. However, we
would be pleased to assist you in locating a local boarding
facility for your pet during your stay.
- For the comfort and consideration of everyone, smoking is
permitted only outdoors in designated areas.
- A continental breakfast is available for guests that cannot
attend the scheduled breakfast. Please make arrangements with
the Innkeepers the prior evening.
- Knollwood House is a member of the Professional Association
of Innkeepers International (PAII). We are inspected and
approved by North Carolina Bed and Breakfasts Inns Association
(NCBBI).
